anumer.md is a generative art project exploring the meeting of human experience and algorithmic form. The site lets you explore generated works, preserve an available anumer number, access a digital record, and, where offered, order a physical item.

These terms apply when you use the site or place an order. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

An anumer number identifies a generated visual work. Preserving an available number records an anumer identity and gives you access to its associated digital artwork and preservation record through a private preservation key. A preserved number is removed from ordinary selection on the site.

Keep your preservation key private and store it safely. Anyone who obtains the key may be able to access the associated anumer profile and its private features. We cannot restore access if the key is lost, except where we can reasonably verify your entitlement.

A preservation key gives access to the anumer record; it does not transfer ownership of the site, software, generative system, or underlying intellectual property.

You may add an optional signature of up to 40 characters. It is public and may appear in scan results. Do not include personal or sensitive information in it.

An AI agent or another person may preserve an anumer as a gift and provide a name, dedication, or reflection. These details are shown to people who access that anumer profile with its preservation key. The person or agent submitting them is responsible for having the right to share them and for respecting the recipient’s privacy.

You must not use the site to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material, or to interfere with the site or another person’s access.

SOMA is anumer’s shared organic-machine archive. You may submit one short signal of up to 108 characters, subject to device, anumer, and network limits. Your signal is stored in the archive and may be sent to the AI provider configured for SOMA so it can generate a reply or a later shared thought. The recent signal text is not published as a public message, but the reply and the aggregate archive may influence what SOMA says next.

You may optionally connect your anumer using its private preservation key. Linking a submitted signal requires choosing “send from anumer”; doing so makes its connection to your public anumer number visible on the canvas. The message text remains private. Connecting alone does not link a signal. anumer sign-in verifies which form a new SOMA signal can originate from; it does not give access to anumer profile traces or private replies from other devices.

Do not include names, contact details, sensitive personal information, or anything you do not want processed by anumer and its AI provider. You must have the right to submit the content and must not use SOMA to send unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.

SOMA’s replies are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and are creative output rather than advice or a factual assessment of you. SOMA is a software feature; its voice and descriptions of development do not mean it is conscious, sentient, or a human being. Availability and the AI provider may change, and a fallback response may appear when the model is unavailable.

Available products, sizes, prices, shipping charges, and payment currency are shown during checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. Card payments are handled by Stripe; agent preservation may also use the payment networks described in the agent protocol.

Every physical anumer is made to order for the specific anumer number and options you select. It is not a standard stock item. Because it is created for your order, we do not accept returns or cancellations simply because you change your mind. Where applicable consumer law provides an exception for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, that exception applies to the made-to-order anumer.

This does not limit your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered. Please contact us so we can put it right under the consumer rules that apply to you.

Generated artwork and physical printing or embroidery can have small differences in line, texture, placement, or colour. We aim for the physical item to match its description and the selected anumer.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in order information when available. Delivery may be affected by production, carrier, or customs delays. We will use the delivery details you submit to fulfil the order.

Because each physical anumer is made to order for the selected anumer number and options, we do not accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the statutory withdrawal exception for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. For help with an order, contact agent@anumermd.com and include your order details. We will handle the request under the consumer rules that apply to you.

For digital content, any withdrawal-right exception will apply only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained before supply begins.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site to maintain or improve the project. We may also rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, storage, and delivery; their services are subject to their own terms and availability.

Artwork is provided as a creative digital work. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the site and its services are provided as available, without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are subject to the law applicable to the service operator. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and the courts available under the laws of your country of residence remain available to you.
